It's all on camera. His attempted murder, flashing a knife at me and when I came and got the plate number. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. CROOKS! CRIMINALS. This is a automobile insurance company that backs their employees attempting murder"

"E E Arnett UPDATE: 03/28/2024 I was just on the website, paying my bill in advance...I can't BELIEVE how easy everything is to do...and the Website is meticulous! Debra Hensley has been my Agent for Home Owners Ins since July 2022 (I also lived here in the early 80's and knew her then) Kelly is my go-to person and Anthony McNeal helps me also: Example: I called today and Anthony answered right away. He then emailed me his contact info, and I was able to email back the document we were talking about. Kelly called me within a half hour. I can't say enough good things about this branch! I can do everything online. I can pay early even though I have auto-pay set up And the Home Owners Ins is WAY cheaper than in California!! /The reason I gave a 5-Star review is cuz everything about Debra Hensley's State Farm Branch is 1st Class!"

"I switched to State Farm 10+ years ago from Nationwide and I'm so glad I did. We had a 12 hour windstorm early March with 70+ mph gusts, and it blew down nearly all of my privacy fence and damaged my roof. I immediately filed a claim on the 3rd, had my inspection and payment dispersement within 2 weeks, and my roof was completed on the 27th. That's pretty great considering all the damage in town. My policy included the cost of replacing the roof, not the current value of the roof, so be sure to ask about that. And the fence was covered as well because it is a dwelling extension. What a great and relieving experience, whew!!! Then I bought and older truck and needed to reduce my insurance for both autos. I work from home now and maybe drive once or twice a week. I worked with Page, who was awesome. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, wasn't pushy, and was empathetic to my needs. I signed up for the drive safe app and it reduced my bill drastically!! 11/10 stars!! I highly HIGHLY recommend the agents with Debra Hensley's office. I'm completely impressed by my experience with them :)"
