"I've been with State Farm for many years while living in various states. While every office has been great, Debra Hensley's is more special than most. Several weeks ago I visited the office in person. The receptionist was fantastic. I didn't catch her name but she was very welcoming as she offered water and socks (leftover from the holidays!) while I waited for her to print off a new insurance card. Most recently, I needed to update my auto policy for a new vehicle and Emily made sure everything was updated as soon as possible and shared with me immediately after our phone call. Mind you, Emily has to call me several times since I don't have great service in my work office. It means so much when folks go out of their way to make sure you have coverage, which might appear trivial to some. Not to mention, when your office provides little things like holiday gifts and water... these little things add up! Very happy to continue going with Debra Hensley - State Farm."
